This means I go through the same process that I originally went through to create the item 3 total times so you add this to a pre-existing or custom conjured item. This is an add on item, not a conjuring.

In the case of a spirit binding it does not bind the spirit more effectively per say but it does increase their link to this world and ground them here a little more.
