PAYMENT - I only accept paypal payments. Immediate payment is required. Putting an item into your shopping cart does not reserve it until payment it made. You do NOT have to have a paypal account to check out through paypal. It is a regular payment processor.

SALES TAX - Missouri Residents are charged a 6.85% sales tax.

SHIPPING - Any item purchased will be shipped out as soon as possible after you order, usually within 2-3 business days or sooner. This does not apply to custom orders, out of stock items, or specialty items. These will be shipped as completed/available.

All items are shipped via United Postal Service. Shipping options will be presented at checkout.
- Ground/First class shipping for 1-5 items is $3.00 for domestic and $17.00 for international delivery. Canada and Mexico are $15.00. Note - I no longer offer shipping to INDIA, the UK, or Northern Ireland. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

I am not responsible for shipping times once the item leaves my hands. Shipping times vary. Please allow 4 weeks for international shipping and 2 weeks for domestic shipping before assuming that an item is lost in the mail. If your item does not arrive within this time please notify me. I can rebind spirits, redo spells, and replace items if necessary.

I am not responsible for any duties fees, customs fees, or any other fees incurred. It is your responsibility to know the fees of your country before ordering.

Refunds for lost or returned packages will be less the cost of shipping.

RETURNS - I offer a 3 day return policy on tangible items only. If your item arrives in damaged condition, or gets lost in the mail, I will either replace it with a viable subsitute or issue you a refund. If you do not contact me within 3 days of receiving the damaged item no refund will be given.

Refunds are not given for the effectiveness of any magick done. The magick is meant as a curio for entertainment purposes only. There is no guarantee on any magick I do. See my disclaimer below.

If however, you are grossly dissatisfied with any item please contact me as there are exceptions to every rule.
