This is a wonderful human Shaolin Nun spirit.
She comes from a Temple in ZhengZhou China with a rich history of ancient ways. She lived as a human in the 1800’s and has not reincarnated since.
She believes strongly in balance, training the body, mind, and spirit all as one. As such she not only has mastered spiritual pursuits like chakra balance and energy movement but she has mastered her own mind and body as well.
She has a unique perspective on things than most other types of monks do. Her beliefs are more yin/yang oriented and greatly revolve around balancing both opposite forces in the universe.
Training consists of several hours of Kung Fu martial arts training, several hours of mystical esoteric training, and several hours of mind awareness training daily. She still trains daily.
Becoming a Shaolin Nun was very difficult and required discipline, will power, and tenacity.
