There is a unique spirit bound to this item. He is a human priest from the ancient civilization of Atlantis.

Atlantis is still somewhat of a mystery to modern humans as there aren’t many records of what their society was like. They had all modern humans have and in some ways more but the specifics are somewhat uncertain.
