This is a lovely female flower fairy. 

Her wings are light blue colored. She has long blonde hair, pale skin, blue eyes, and two small black antennae. She wears a light blue gown.  Being only about 2 inches tall she's adorable. When she fluffs out her wings she takes on a distinctly flower like appearance, very much like a light blue peony.
