This is a lovely queen flower fairy. Being queen of her kind she has more power than others under her rule but she's no less playful or light hearted than the rest. 

Her wings are blue colored. She has long golden hair, pale skin, blue eyes, and two small black antennae. She wears a blue gown and on her head is tiny gold crown. Being only about 2 inches tall she's adorable. When she fluffs out her wings she takes on a distinctly flower like appearance, very much like a blue rose.
